Women bring valuable skills and capabilities to frontline work. We want to understand what helps you do your job, and how equipment, working conditions and female health or physical needs can sometimes make it harder.

Will anyone know it was me?
There is no account, name or employee number. Role and area questions are optional, and groups smaller than 10 are never shown. We cannot promise absolute anonymity: comments or combinations of details could identify someone, so keep comments general.
Who sees my answers?
In a live pilot, authorised operators would check submissions for disclosure risk. Leaders would only receive reviewed group findings, never individual answers.
What happens to written comments?
Comments are optional. They are only quoted if you give separate permission at the end, and only after an operator checks them.
Where is this stored?
In this demonstration, answers stay in this browser only. Approved live-pilot storage, retention and deletion information is still required before real use.
Can I stop part way?
Yes. Nothing is submitted until you press Submit, and no draft is kept if you close the page.
